We're looking for an employee who has exceptional customer service skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Job Summary: Continuously exemplifies the mission, values and customer service philosophy of Mt. Baker Imaging. Greets patients or others arriving for appointments and obtains/verifies all demographic and billing information. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
- Obtain/ update all necessary patient information to accurately register/ admit patients for their exams
- Verify/ obtain demographic and insurance information
- Provide patients with necessary questionnaires, waivers and company paperwork (including HIPAA and other requirements)
- Handle and screen overflow of incoming calls, Forward calls as indicated
- Handles routine billing questions and receiving patient payments
- Make appointment confirmation calls as needed, which may include verbal exam prep instructions
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or other management personnel

Mt Baker Imaging is a well-established radiology group in Bellingham, WA currently seeking full time (30 - 40 hours per week) technologists to join our team at the Women's Diagnostic Center. Shifts are Monday-Friday day shift.
Position Summary
Performs screening and advanced level diagnostic mammograms that include the application of ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prefer candidates with recent experience assisting radiologists in invasive mammography procedures and biopsies.
Required Qualifications
Completed accredited program in Radiologic Technology Current ARRT certification and current state licensure ARRT-Mammography certification within 1 year of hire. Good command of the English language, verbal and written. Ability to work well with patients, co-workers and physicians.
Pay
$38.93-$50.92 per hour base pay range. Starting pay will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for breast ultrasound responsibilities, extra shifts and on call/per Diem positions.

Successful, well established, Radiology Group in Bellingham, WA, is currently seeking a full-time CT Technologist for our busy outpatient department. Shifts are Monday - Friday, day or evening shifts until 7 pm, with potential Saturday weekend shifts, no call.
Position Summary: Under the direction of a radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at the technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis and assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required.
Physical Demands: Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operation and troubleshooting of all department equipment. Duties regularly require standing, walking and stooping, regularly assists in lifting patients on to the CT table and placing them in appropriate positions for operation of equipment. Duties require lifting of objects up to ten (10) pounds and occasionally up to fifty (50) pounds. Requires eyesight sufficient to operate equipment and review digital images.
Working Conditions: Exposure to communicable diseases, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a variety of CT imaging including Cardiacs and TAVR CT's.
- Follows prescribed safety standards in operating computed tomography equipment.
- Instructs patients regarding procedures. Observes patients for vital signs during examination.
- Positions patients and adjusts equipment performing exams following established procedures.
- Selects length and intensity for radiation exposure by adjusting equipment on individual basis.
- Examines digital images for properties such as density and contrast, definition, magnification and quality control.
- Authorizes release of patient upon completion of exam.
- Maintains examination room. Stocks necessary supplies.
- Cleans equipment.
- Performs venipuncture, blood draws, administers contrast and medications within scope of practice.
- Participates in training employees and students.
- Attends required meetings and participation on committees as required.
- Assists in paperwork, and data entry.
- Enhances professional growth through CME to maintain ARRT credentials and WA State licensure.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed an accredited course in radiological technology
- ARRT Registered (CT)
- Current Radiologic Technologist state license
- Familiarity with Siemens scanners a plus
- Demonstrated venipuncture competency
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others
- Superior dexterity skills needed to work equipment.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
Pay: Base pay is $41.00 -$52.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and professional experience. Additional pay for working evenings and weekends.

Job Description
- Actively participate in the IT helpdesk rotation to gain exposure to end-user systems, troubleshooting processes, and interdepartmental workflows.
- Audit and draft adjustments for review of existing network and server documentation; review and draft adjustments for review related IT policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead physical inventory and labeling review projects for hardware and perform comprehensive hardware inventory analysis to support lifecycle management
- Assist in executing regular patching schedules and conduct security audits, with a specific focus on HIPAA compliance and the protection of ePHI (electronic Protected Health Information)
- Develop deep proficiency in managing our core stack, including VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and Cisco/Meraki networking equipment.
- Gain hands-on experience with CrowdStrike for endpoint protection and threat response and expedient response to any incidents
- Participate in on-the-job training with the goal of joining the formal on-call rotation within the first 6 months of employment

Required Competencies

Job Description
- Handle incoming helpdesk calls; triage, resolve, or escalate issues as appropriate

- Maintain PHI and ensure data integrity across MBI/NWR business systems
- Create, maintain, and deactivate user accounts across MBI/NWR systems
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials in the staff wiki

Required Competencies
